Circumstances for returns and refunds
By free shipping way, received the goods time
We can refund completely, at the same time you keep all goods.
By extra pay freight for the international express(DHL,UPS,Fedex,TNT), received the goods time
We refund the extra paid freight.
Product Quality Issue
Within 3 days after received the goods, take the picture or videos, send us email describe the problem. After we confirmed it is caused by us. We can send you replacement new product. As the international freight very expensive, you don’t need to return us the products which have quality issues.
Goods missed in the transmission
If you didn’t receive the goods >45days, we will check with our forwarder, if confirmed it is missed, within 5 work days, we will arrange send out new products again to you. When you couldn’t check your tracking information in your account, you could come to us help to know the goods status anytime.
There is no returns option, if you meet above circumstances,you can requires send new products or refunds.
We are not accept any other not belong to above reasons require to return or refund.
